The organizational structure of DCM provides exceptional value to our clients.  DCM offers an integrated, one-stop-shop for complete cradle to grave construction services.  The unique configuration of autonomous groups under a unified central management body allows the individual entities to be lean and efficiently managed with minimal overhead, while still being able to provide capacity for large scale projects through the support network of the larger group.  This structure also allows a tremendous amount of flexibility with regards to staffing, as the various companies are signatory to several different collective bargaining agreements, including international building trade unions as well as alternate unions.  As a result, DCM is able to draw resources from all across Canada as well as internationally.

In addition to the highly desirable variety of engineering and construction services, DCM can deliver additional value to our clients through some of our softer services catered by several of our unique smaller companies providing various expertises to support construction activities.  These specialized groups can render services ranging from Foreign Worker recruitment and training, Lean Manufacturing consultation, maintenance plans and outsourcing, off site prefabrication, Skilled Staffing, Project Management and Cost Control consulting, Custom Software Development, and many others.  These services are available to our clients as stand-alone services, but are often integrated into a complete solution for large construction or design-build contracts.
