DCM Group attaches great importance to on-the-job training and, in this context, DAWCO—a member of DCM Group—organized a training session at its facility on thermite welding in partnership with its suppliers Burndy-Killark and Anixter. This training was open to supervisors, project managers and Estimation staff and was intended to help supervisory personnel master and understand the welding procedure for high quality electrical connections independently and in turn be able to transfer this knowledge to their on-site electricians. This training session also proved beneficial to the Estimation team in providing useful information for the preparation of the most accurate estimates.
